Acceptance of Terms

  • •By accessing the Maa Sanskriti Society website and STEC platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
  • •If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
  • •These terms apply to all visitors, participants, jury members, and administrators.
  • •We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.

User Eligibility

  • •Applicants must be Indian citizens with valid residential documentation.
  • •Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent.
  • •Regional node assignment is based on verified residential proximity.
  • •Jury members are appointed through institutional selection processes.
  • •Users must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

STEC Programme Participation

  • •Participation in the 45-day STEC lifecycle is voluntary and voluntary withdrawal is permitted before Day 15.
  • •All uploaded verification content becomes part of the immutable audit archive.
  • •Participants must comply with physical verification protocols organized by field personnel.
  • •Visual portfolios cannot be altered once submitted and crypto-sealed.
  • •Jury evaluation results are final and binding.

Prohibited Activities

  • •Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
  • •Attempting to manipulate, tamper, or forge verification records.
  • •Using proxy registrations or ghost entries to manipulate geographic distribution.
  • •Interfering with the secure operation of the Identity World integration.
  • •Sharing account credentials or companion app access tokens.

Intellectual Property

  • •All content on this platform is owned by Maa Sanskriti Society unless otherwise stated.
  • •Verification portfolios become governance assets and are permanently archived.
  • •Jury evaluation frameworks and scoring methodologies are proprietary.
  • •Participants grant irrevocable license for portfolio use in institutional reporting.
  • •Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of platform content is prohibited.

Liability and Disclaimers

  • •Maa Sanskriti Society provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
  • •We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • •Verification processes are conducted in good faith but cannot guarantee absolute accuracy.
  • •Platform availability may be affected by maintenance or technical issues.
  • •We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
